We take a detail-oriented approach to international removals, to say the least. Pick and choose from a menu of á la carte services or go full speed ahead with one of our all-inclusive Full Relocation Packages.
SAMPLE LIST OF SERVICES:
· Dedicated Support: One-on-one, individual support and advice throughout your move
· Organization: Calendar for your move and custom timeline with deliverables. Custom project in our secure, private project management system with access to messages, info, documents & more, even after your relocation is complete.
· Finances: Customized budgeting and financial planning for before, during and after the move
· Location: Alignment with the most ideal destination weighing a balance of factors such as cost-of-living, climate, location, lifestyle and other aspects
· Planning: We will be there every step of the way, thoroughly planning out each phase of the relocation. Our process is divided into 3 phases: Pre-planning and country selection (1-6 months prior to the relocation date), preparing for arrival (1 month prior to the relocation date) and post-arrival follow up (up to 1 month beyond the arrival date, on average)
· Logistics: In addition to planning, we will support with aspects such as travel plans, arrangements, accommodations, drivers and other support staff including translators, maids, nannies and more
· Custom Property Search: Comprehensive and completely customized property search on your behalf in specific accordance with your property specifications. Our bilingual staff, resources and 10 years of real estate experience will ensure that you have access to a selection of properties in safe & secure areas that meet your needs, budget and expectations. We also include property visits if applicable, contract negotiation and can also facilitate the purchase of a home in select countries.
· Home Organization & Prep: Internet, back up Internet and utilities set up, property visits, property photos, cleaning and other needs on your behalf. Furniture and other installation at additional costs.
· Opening a Bank Account: Opening a bank account as a foreigner is complex, burdensome and in many cases, impossible. We assist our clients with compiling requirements, choosing the right bank for your needs and opening the account with an experienced translator, then follow up to ensure receipt of debit card and operation of online banking.
· Research: Every move is slightly different and we offer customized research projects or packages to find the answers to specific questions you may have that are not covered by our basic relocation package. Examples of research we have conducted for our clients in the past include: bringing pets abroad, international shipping and container costs, school tuition rates/registration, property comps in a specific area, comprehensive country research package on a country where we do not yet have standard operations and more.
· Orientation: All full relocation packages include a city tour, one pre-arrival shopping trip and one post-arrival shopping trip to help you get situated and equipped with basic necessities, groceries and more. Additional trips with bilingual local guide and private driver are also available at any time through our Concierge Services. We also provide written guides and information packages for each of our destinations with important local knowledge, tips and other useful info.
· Integration with the local community: Professional referrals to local accountants/CPAs, attorneys, immigration professionals, doctors/dentists, purchasing a car, and more; referrals to personal assistants or home employees; introduction to locals and local expats; online poker players; groups; sports; tourism; organizations; networking; charitable causes and volunteering as well as other activities.
· Gaming-related services:
o Document management & administrative support
o Re-activating existing online gaming accounts
o Opening new gaming accounts
o VIP, sign up bonus and rakeback deals
o Free trials for products such as Holdem Manager & Poker Tracker
